Eric Anthony Mendoza entered into rest October 21, 2010 in San Antonio at the age of 20. He was born March 22, 1990 in San Antonio to Filiberto Mendoza and Patricia Hernandez. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jose A. Hernandez, Jr. and paternal grandfather, Ignacio Mendoza. Survivors include his mother, Patricia Hernadez; father Filiberto Mendoza; brother patrick Mendoza; loyal dog, Rusty; maternal grandmother Carmen V. Rodriguez; paternal grandmother Tomasita Lopez; several aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and a host of friends. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 26 followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 27 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Inurnment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Park.
