Eloy H. Estrada, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 8, 2012, at the age of 81. He was born in Poteet, Texas to parents Jose and Trinidad Estrada on January 15, 1931. Eloy was an avid photographer, a gardener, and he served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Era. He will always be remembered by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Irene Estrada. He is survived by his children, Edward Estrada, Ernest Estrada, Steve Estrada, Yvonne Estrada Gonzales (Steve), and Ruben Estrada. The family will receive friends on Wednesday October 10, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main, from 10am to 9pm, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm.
