Don Hendrix was a man after Gods own heart. He was an encouragement to all he met. Loving and caring about them in every circumstance or environment they were in, whether they were co-workers, employees, friends, customers, or strangers. He always had an encouraging, positive word for them, pointing the way to his true lover of his soul Jesus Christ. He loved his family with all his heart, praying fervently in the dark recesses of the night for hours.
He loved welding and instructing young men to learn how to work and be a man. He truly was a man’s man! He loved horseback riding, boating, hunting, dancing and mostly being with family. His grandkids adored and loved him dearly. All children from friends were drawn to this loving kindness.
Don is survived by his loving, faithful one and only soulmate his wife Rebecca (Shuggs); his children: Christine Pfieffer of Austin, Texas, LeiaLyn Trudell of New Braunfels, Texas, Katherine Shane of New Braunfels, Texas, Nicholas Moore of Live Oak, Texas and Nathan Moore of New Dehli, India. His grandchildren also survive him, Alexis, Suzi, Celeste, James, Brent, Owen, Paul, Ethan, Luke, Skylar, Claire, Troy, John, Maddison, Reagan, Lincoln, Nathan, Trinity and two great grandchildren, Jordan and Willow.
