Diane Meredith "Nana" de Keratry

Diane Meredith de Keratry, of San Antonio, Texas passed into eternal life on December 24, 2011. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on February 20, 1943, Diane grew up with siblings William, Cathy, and John. She married Rodolfo de Keratry in 1962. Together they travelled around the world with the U.S. Navy, welcoming children Maria, Dominic, Christopher and Peter, and establishing their home in Amarillo, Texas. Diane’s abounding love was never greater than for her children, their spouses and her fifteen grandchildren: Gabriel, Malachi and Hannah Hey; Jordan, Alexander, Jacob, Steven, Mary Grace, Luc and Liam de Keratry; Lindsay and Meredith de Keratry; and Andrew, Jack and Madeleine de Keratry. A funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 13715 Riggs Rd., Helotes, Texas 78023. Reception to follow. Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2011 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Diane had a great passion for nurturing and educating children, and was especially fond of supporting children with special needs.
