Debra Lynn George, age 59, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2015 after a long illness. She was born in San Antonio, TX. to Salvador and Lupe Berlanga. She is survived by her husband Harold George; daughter, Amanda Rose George; son, Travis Austin George; mother, Lupe Vasquez Berlanga; brother, Rodger Berlanga and wife Esther; numerous nieces, nephews and god children. Debra and her husband were also long time members of the San Antonio Spurs Fan group the Baseline Bums before her illness which brought much joy and lasting friendships to her life. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road, Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
