David “the handsome” Garcia: young at heart, headstrong, and playful; embarked on his next great adventure on March 25, 2020. He has joined his parents: Benito and Evangelista; wife: Ana Maria, and son: David Jr. He is no doubt giving them an earful of compelling stories up there.
Mr. Garcia was a lucky and spoiled man surrounded by beautiful, strong women who he jokingly coined as bossy, yet who loved him unconditionally. These women consist of his daughters: Ana Marie Lopez (Jesus), Diana Isasmendi (Francisco), and Daniella Garcia (Rick); and his granddaughters: Natalie, Amanda (Bertha), Ana Marie, Isabella, and Ana. He was ever so proud of his legacy of young men: his grandsons: Jesse and David III (Martha). One would always find the grandest smile on his face being surrounded by love from his little monkeys of great grandchildren. He is survived by his almost equally handsome and playful brothers: Benito, Juan, and Jesus.
David was a friend to everyone. His hobbies consisted of scratching lotto tickets, dancing, fixing lawn mowers, gardening, and fishing. He loved fishing nearly as much as he enjoyed eating it. He will be missed, but his silliness and eye for adventure will live on in all those who love him.
A visitation will begin Wednesday, April 1, 2020, 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd.
