Cynthia Kay Roguski went to be with the Lord on February 18, 2015. Cynthia was born on November 17, 1946 in San Antonio, TX to Mary Ella Stowe Dugan and Harold Harry Dugan. After high school she worked with both Fredrich Air Conditioning for 12 years and Dee Howard for 12 years. She was a life member of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo S.A.L.E. and a Master Gardener in training. She was awarded both the Molly Pitcher Award and the Yellow Rose of Texas Award for her contributions and support in the military community. Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents and brother Rodger Dugan.She is survived by her husband James M. Roguski of San Antonio, TX; Daughter Tammy Sue Carpenter and husband Steve of San Antonio, TX; Daughter Kimberly A. Roguski and partner Pamela Schmecht of San Antonio, TX; Brother Timothy Dugan and wife Cher of Mt. Juliet, TN; Adopted Son Chris Hines and wife Stephani of Derby, KS; Granddaughter Casey Marie Carpenter of San Antonio, TX; Grandson Clayton James Roguski of San Antonio, TX; Granddaughter Jamie Lynne Carpenter of San Antonio, TX; and numerous Niece’s & Nephews and Brother & Sister In Laws.
A visitation will be held Wed., Feb. 25, 2015 from 5 to 8 pm at Sunset North Chapel. Funeral services will be held Thur., Feb. 26, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. at Sunset North Chapel, with interment to follow at Ft.
