Colonel Bruce Dee Moore Jr., USAF (RET.) born on December 10, 1916 in San Antonio, Texas entered into rest on October 5, 2012 at the age of 95. He graduated from Brackenridge High School in 1934. After retiring from the USAF, he worked for the Ford Motor Company.
Survivors include: brother, Jerry L. Moore & wife Nelwyn; and niece, Amy Meeks all of San Marcos, Texas; nephew, Jay Moore of Houston, Texas; and his loving friend, Elizabeth (Liz) LaRoe.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion, Windcrest Post No. 612, P.O.Box 18232, Serna Station, SATX 78218-0232.
