He is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Rios
He is survived by his parents, Eulogio "Gino" and Petra Macias; wife, Cheryl Macias; children, Jennifer Macias and Christopher Macias Jr.; siblings, Luis Macias (Libby), Mario Macias (Monica), Victor Macias, Ralph Macias (Rosemary) and Rita Stella Salazar (Gilbert); nieces Regina J. Gonzalez, Jessica Mark Martinez and nephews George D. Rios and Nathan Bein Rios.
Christopher proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired from Federal Civil Service after 40 years.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 12:00 pm at. St. Clare Catholic Church with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
