Christian was a selfless soul. He was known for thinking of everyone before himself and showing his love in every possible way. Christian was very passionate about being an organ donor, which is something that would give him the opportunity to save lives, just like his favorite superhero, Superman. He always said he wanted to do and be something bigger than he was. Christian was such an amazing person all around, he was a hard worker and woke up everyday wanting to put his best foot forward. He was someone that you can talk to for hours and he’d remember even the smallest detail of the conversation. He would go above and beyond to show someone they were important and that they mattered. Christian, Mi Amors, Clark Kent, Sexy Tortilla; all names his wife called him; really showed her what love is with how compassionate and giving he was. Now others will truly get to feel that same feeling with his last, selfless act of love.
Christian is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mary Beuten and Anita Wachal; grandfather, Robert Wachal; brother-in-law, Jose Chavez Jr; sister-in-law, Shannon Wachal; nephew, Charles Wachal; and close friend Hunter Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Marisa Wachal; children, Aideen Lopez and Zachary Wachal; parents, Dale and Teresa Wachal; brother, Charles Wachal; sister, Courtney Trahan; Grandfather, Edward Beuten; grandmother, Barbara Lang; nephew Joshua Trahan; nieces, Lily Trahan and Abigail Wachal; and many additional family and friends.
