Christa Welch

Christa Welch, 79, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on November 12, 2024, in Schertz, Texas. From a young age, she showed a deep and unwavering love for her family and friends. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sissy to her brothers and sisters.

Christa was born in Garitz, Germany to Gertrud and Valentin Walter on June 19, 1945. She went to school at Theilheim in Würzburg Bavaria. She worked as a property manager for the Lynd company for over 30 years and retired to take care of her mother.

Christa is preceded in death by her beloved stepfather Clayton Wulff; father Valetin Walter; brother-in-law David Kechter; beloved mother Gertrud Wulff; and niece Trudi Lynn White.

Christa is survived by her beloved daughter Renée Bostian (Richard); siblings Sieglinde Kechter, Ingrid Kischkel (Klaus), Wolfgang Walter, Micky Northrup (Dwayne), Jan Ray (John), Fred Wulff (Tracee), and Richard Wulff; grandchildren Keith Bostian (Sarah), and Shelby Bostian; great-grandchildren River, and Ivy; numerous nieces and nephews.
