Cathleen Gagliano

Cathleen Elizabeth Walker Gagliano 55 of San Antonio Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior August 30, 2023 after a long hard fought battle with cancer. Cathleen was born in Pittsburg PA to Lauretta Clayton and Johnny E Walker II.

She has been married to Dr. Angelo V. Gagliano, Pittsburgh PA since 1998. They have lived in many different places Boston MA, Toledo OH, and Marion IL before they settled in San Antonio Texas. They used the Anesthesia Medical meetings to travel to many different places as their vacations and one of her favorite places to travel was San Francisco Ca where they would go wine tasting to wineries in the Sonoma Valley.

Cathleen (Cathy) was a brilliant baker and cook. She was always working on her craft making up new recipes and testing them on her husband and friends. She loved baking for her family and friends making Wedding cakes, birthday cakes, brownies and cookies you name it she would bake it for you. She loved making people feel special and happy. She also loved working in her garden and yard. Her favorite flower is the Orchid. Her favorite holiday is Halloween her birth month. Another one of Cathleen’s favorite things to do was to attend Beer and Wine Festivals where she would run and then enjoy a cold one. She also ran the Rock and Roll Half Marathon in San Antonio.

She loved her career as an Ultrasound Technologist.

She was preceded in death by her father Johnny E Walker II. She is survived by her loving husband Dr. Angelo V. Gagliano, mother Lauretta Clayton (Michael), sisters Elaine Aggazio and Christine Manion, brother Johnny E Walker III. Nieces Alexis Bach and Madelon Manion, nephews David Manion and Edward Aggazio, Great Nephews Alec, Ben and Evan Bach, Luciano Aggazio, Aiden Manion, and Parker Gunner. She also leaves behind dear and close friends.
