Brenda Alice Houston, age 63, passed away March 12, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. She was born on May 11, 1952 in San Antonio, TX to Robert & Alice Trevino. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.
Brenda loved the Lord, her family and friends. She loved life. She enjoyed dancing, traveling and celebrating holidays. She always had a smile on her face and she was an inspiration to all of us. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels and was a dedicated Court Reporter for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 9 years, Larry Houston; son Zachary Elkins & wife Shauna; step-daughter, Tiffany Wishert & husband Chad; brother, Bob Trevino & wife Cindy; grandchildren, Abigail, Zaden and Maddox; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
The Memorial Service will be 12 noon, Friday, March 18, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a reception at Sunset Reception Hall. The urn placement will take place at a later date at Sunset Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.sunsetfuneralhomesa.com
