Bill Guillen

Trinidad William “Bill” Guillen, entered rest on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the age of 85. He was preceded in death by his dedicated wife of 57 years, Lucinda Fernandez Guillen on September 23, 2013; sister, Bernice Guillen; parents, Guadalupe and Trinidad Guillen; brothers-in-law, Isidoro Fernandez Sr. (Esperanza), Ambrosio Rodriguez Fernandez (Aurelia), and Fernando Rodriguez Fernandez (Velia). He is survived by his daughter, Francesca Maria Guillen (Paul Banda Sr.); brother-in-law, Carlos Fernandez Sr. and (Mary Frances); numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Guillen honorably served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a medic. He sold insurance for a number of years. He was an avid golfer, and was a member of Cosmopolitan Golf Club. Prior to his retirement, he drove charter buses for OK Tours. The family will receive friends at 5:00 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 8:15 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2013 to celebrate a 9:00 a.m. Mass at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
