On February 4, 2015 our sweet angel Amanda Marie Harrison went to be with the lord. She was born on September 13, 1982 in Hondo Texas; Amanda spent forty five days in the hospital before her parents John and Maria Harrison could take her home. Amanda was a fighter all her life. She attended Judson High School Special Education program and she spent her last nine years attending the Senior’s 2000 Adult Day Care Center where she was greatly loved by all the staff and clients.
Amanda was known for always smiling and when she would sit and be still she found peace and contentment by simply watching the ceiling fan or a by seeing a beautiful bouquet of colorful balloons. Amanda is loved and will be missed and never forgotten by us all.
She is survived by her loving parents, her brother John W. Harrison Jr; her nephew Michael Joseph Harrison and her Aunt Linda Batot.
Visitation and Rosary will be held at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, 1701 Austin Highway on Tuesday February 10, 2015 at 6pm. The funeral service will be at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 12noon with Graveside services to follow at George Family Cemetery.
