Linda was born April 15, 1943, in Ballinger, Texas to Jesse and Mary Ramos. Her family moved to Chicago, Illinois at age three. She met her husband Ken and they had three children. They moved to San Angelo in 1979. Linda worked for ASU and then GTE/Verizon. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and spoiling her cat Belle.
Linda is survived by her children, Steven Young; Darlene (Thomas) Morales; Vincent (Rebecca) Young, her grandchildren, Tory; Ashley; Miranda; Sierra; Aundriana; Timothy, her 7 great-grandchildren, and her cat Belle.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband Ken; her parents; and her brother Tony. The family would like to thank Enhabit and HOSA for the care and support they have given our family this past year.
A rosary for Linda will be held Monday, February 20, 2023 at 6:00 PM in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel, 435 West Beauregard Avenue. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Margaret's Catholic Church, 2619 Era Street, with the interment to follow at Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
