John David Clark, 59, went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2018 in Kyle, Texas. John was born July 8, 1958 in Greenville, Texas, to Marvin and Patsy Jo Clark. He graduated from Winters High School in 1976 and served in the US Army for 8 years as a captain. John married the love of his life, Natalie Nava-Clark, on May 13, 2005. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Lockhart, Texas, and was also a proud Mason and member of the Ballinger lodge. John worked for NPX Semiconductor as an equipment tech for 6 years. Some of his accomplishments included having several patents involving semiconductor parts. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle, and cooking out with family and friends. John is preceded in death by his parents, and granddaughter, Katelynn Clark. He is survived by his wife, Natalie Nava-Clark; daughter, Katha (Clark) McAlister and husband, Jamie; son, Carl Clark and wife, Beri; son, John Clark II and wife, Alicia; stepson, Patrick Nava and wife Katie and stepdaughter, Alyssa Nava; his grandchildren, Payton McAlister, Justice McAlister, Ian Clark, Tania Clark, Skyler Clark, McKinzie Clark, John Clark III, Kinley Nava, Kamden Nava, Natalina Alvarado, Noe Alvarado, Nalani Alvarado, and Nili Nava. He is also survived by his brother, Marvin “Buster” Clark and wife, Mary Jo and sister, Mickie Hallmark and husband, Danny, as well as several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Family Visitation will be 4 PM to 6 PM, Sunday, January 7, 2018, at Johnson’s Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Monday, January 8, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Ballinger, with burial to follow in San Angelo, at Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
