Belinda Gail Willberg Weaver passed away into the arms of her Lord on Monday, December 11, 2023, after battling a short illness. A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 18th at Johnson’s Funeral Home in San Angelo, Texas.
Belinda was born to Ben G.W. Turn Sr. and Francis Lanelle Turn in San Angelo on August 29, 1951. She graduated high school in 1969 from Saint Joseph’s in Rowena, TX. Belinda went on to begin her family while working at GTE. She then co-founded a family business, LBJ Lawn Care where she worked until returning to college to finish her bachelor’s degree at Angelo State University in 1994. While working at MHMR, she obtained a master’s degree in psychology in November 2000 in order to pursue her goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor which she achieved on November 25, 2003. After several roles in the community, she most recently worked for herself as a private counselor where she guided many families, children, and individuals through difficult times. She also became a mentor to over 12 interns in Texas as they pursued their license.
Belinda is survived by her husband of 21 years, Bobby Weaver, and her two children, Casey Willberg Wiseman and son-in-law, Mark Wiseman of McKinney, and Eric Willberg of San Angelo. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Jaeden Wiseman, Braelyn Wiseman, Bailey Burgess, and Hailey Burgess; her brother Ben G.W. Turn Jr. and sister-in-law, Patsy Turn; also, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Ben Turn Sr. and Francis Turn, along with her sister Sharon Turn Hendrix and brother-in-law, Paul Hendrix.
Belinda leaves a legacy of kindness as she was known for taking in people, cats, dogs, and any other living thing that needed help or a home. Her welcoming smile and warm eyes will be missed by all. She will forever be remembered as the sunshine to our flowers and the rainbow after the rain.
