William “Bill” J. Webb, Jr., 67, of Salisbury passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. He was the son of Ida Webb and the late William J. Webb, Sr. Bill retired from Evans Builders after over 40 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family camping and fishing and was an avid Steelers Fan. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Joy Webb; son, William J. Webb, III; three grandsons, stepson, Matthew Windsor; brothers, Eddie Webb and his wife Mary, Beannie Webb and his wife Becky, Jimmy Webb and his wife Mary; sisters, Cheryl Wheatley and husband Steve, Sue Wroten and her husband Buddy, Linda Burchell; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by daughter, Shanna Webb; and brother, Kenny Webb. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Bill to Joy Webb, 26399 Pemberton Dr., Salisbury, MD 21801 to help with funeral expenses.
