Salisbury: William “Bill” Christopher Graver, Sr., of Salisbury, MD passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at his home. He was born December 19, 2939 in Camden, NJ to the late Helen Green Graver and Paul Graver. He is survived by 6 children, Marie Louise Thomas, Tina Marie Seaton, Deborah Ann Brown, Denise Patricia Redfern, William Christopher Graver, Jr., and Mark Anthony Graver; one sister, Beatrice Willison, whom he loved dearly; 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bill is also preceded in death by 2 grandchildren. He spent most of his life as a drywall hanger and finisher. He was 25 years sober and tobacco free, which was a huge achievement that he was very proud of. Bill really enjoyed working on and playing games on his computer. He was a two-time cancer survivor. Bill enjoyed living by himself in his apartment at Eastgate Village in Salisbury. A Memorial Service at 9 AM will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Delmarva Evangelistic Church, 408 Gordy Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804. Burial will follow at 6 PM at the Eckhart Cemetery in Frostburg that evening. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alcoholics Anonymous, Salisbury Chapter.
