Bill was born and raised in Spokane, Washington to William and Jeanette (Thompson) Westmoreland. Bill grew up working with his hands in metal shop and wood working; his creations will be cherished for lifetimes to come. He will always be known for how hard he worked in every facet of his life and his constant cheery demeanor. He also knew how to kick back and enjoy the simple pleasures of good music, food, and time with friends and family. His homemade cinnamon rolls were always a big hit with family, friends, and the community.
Bill met and married Terri Graziano in 1983. Throughout their marriage came 5 children: Bill Jr., Jazzmine, Coni, Katherine, and Samantha. Each of whom learned great work ethic and strength from their parents. Even through his years of dementia, Bill beamed with pride for his children. He would tell anyone that would listen about their accomplishments. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters: Emma, Eliza, Autumn, Taylor, Adelyn, and Peyton, and 2 sisters: Julie Straith and Gay Westmoreland.
