Betty was born one of 7 children on July 31, 1924 in Wilsonville, Nebraska. After graduating from Salem High School in Salem, Oregon Betty began working for Boise Cascade and was a faithful employee for 35 years. Betty and Glenn Wagaman were married in 1946 and were in love for 54 wonderful years until Glenn’s death. Together they loved the Lord, their family and friends.
Betty’s earthly loves included gardening, quilting and was passionate about cooking. She had a caring nature and loved having family, friends, and young kids come by for a visit. Betty also had a special love for Christmas and a way of making it memorable for others.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Glenn of 54 years, Brothers, Ralph, Melvin and Norman Bethel and Sister Bonnie Gilbert. She is survived by Her husband of seven years Ken Anderson of Salem, OR; Brothers, Dwain(Joan) Bethel of Turner, OR; Darrel (Betty) Bethel of Antelope, OR and many Nieces and Nephews.
Private Services were held at Betty’s request. In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
