Annette Wiltz Gautreaux

ST. MARTINVILLE – Funeral Services will be conducted for Annette Wiltz Gautreaux, age 52, at 11:00 am Friday, February 17, 2017 at Evangeline Funeral Home with Brother Andrew Champagne officiating. Interment will follow at Community Cemetery in Henderson.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Thursday. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Friday until service time.

A native of Lafayette and resident of St. Martinville, Annette passed away on, Sunday, February 12, 2017.

Annette enjoyed cooking and entering competitions with her fiancé and fishing and spending time outdoors. Being with her family and friends and spending quality time with her grandchildren meant the world to her.

She is survived by her sons, Derrick Gautreaux and wife Amber and Jackie Gautreaux all of St. Martinville; six grandchildren, Keira Albert, Tristin Gautreaux, Jackson Gautreaux, Kaydence Gautreaux, Haiden Gautreaux and Peyton Gautreaux; her fiancé, Carl “Macho” Morvant of St. Martinville and step daughter, Crystal Morvant of Parks; two sisters, Merina Solieau and Gwen Harrington both of St. Martinville and three brothers, Wayne Wiltz of Cecelia, Alan Wiltz of Rayne and Buck Wiltz of St. Martinville.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nellie Faye Gautreaux; mother, Madeline Champagne Blanchet; father, Nelson Wiltz and one sister, Elizabeth Wiltz.

Pallbearers will be Carl “Macho” Morvant, Jacob Wiltz, Hunter Wiltz, Jared Gautreaux, Brandon Harrington and Buck Wiltz.

Honorary pallbearers will be Derrick Gautreaux, Jackie Gautreaux, Tristin Gautreaux, Haiden Gautreaux, Jackson Gautreaux, Alan Wiltz, Wayne Wiltz, Matt Wiltz, Jonathon Wiltz, Francisco Ortiz, Kirk Soileau and Terry “Bull” Ledgerwood.
