Song-Kuk Kim

Song-Kuk Kim, born 11/25/1941 passed at the age of 79 on 8/29/2021 survived by his wife Kum-Soon Kim of 55 years, his daughter Cathy Naughton, his son-in-law Thomas Macher, his daughter-in-law Jennifer Kim and his four grandchildren, Patrick Naughton, Ethan Naughton, Emma Kim, and Lily Kim. Mr. Kim's son, Paul Kim preceded his death in 2020.

Mr. Kim graduated from Yon-Sei University in Seoul, Korea in 1964 and immigrated to the United States in 1971 with his wife and 2 children Cathy and Paul. They were subsequently naturalized United States citizens. He graduated from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in 1986. He and his wife moved to St. Louis in 2004 and became active members of the First Korean Presbyterian Church.

A private service was held at Bellerive Heritage Gardens Cemetery on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
