HITE, Shirley Estelle (nee Moser) 90 of St. Louis passed away peacefully on Friday, July 1, 2016. She was the beloved wife of 58 years to the late Joseph R. Hite Jr. Shirley was the dear daughter of the late Fred and Vallie (nee Vollmer) Moser. She was the loving mother of Carol (Dave) Heimos and Robert Hite. Shirley was the loving grandmother of Stacie (Adam) Pankow, Brad (Tiffany) Harbuck, Ashley Hite and Robert Hite. She was the great-grandmother of Barrett Pankow, and Graham Harbuck. She was a dear friend to many.
SERVICE: A graveside service is scheduled for Shirley at 9:15 am on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Dr. Jefferson Barracks, MO 63125. (Those planning on attending the graveside service on Tuesday should arrive at the cemetery not later than 9:00 am and park behind the Cemetery Administration Building where we will gather and process to the committal sight). In memory of Shirley contributions are encouraged to the Humane Society of Missouri, 1201 Macklind Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110.
