James Charles Neubauer, age 45, passed away on January 10th at his home in Ballwin, MO. Jim was born December 26, 1976, in St. Louis, MO to Charles Neubauer (Deceased) and Karen Neubauer (nee Curry). Survived by wife Kyra (Ballwin), daughters Kennedy and Lyla Neubauer.; mother Karen Neubauer; brother Mike and wife Emily Neubauer; sister Tiffany Zacher (nee Neubauer) and husband Phil Zacher; nephews Taylor and Eli; nieces Charlee and Mia. Preceded in death by his father Charles and son Dayton James Neubauer.
Jim loved spending time with his girls and lived to watch them play softball, volleyball, and all their favorite activities. He enjoyed bringing smiles to their faces by surprising them with fidgets, squishmallows, and other fun toys. Jim fully embraced his inner child and the girls absolutely loved that about him. He always knew how to bring joy to the girls' lives, including painting pottery (which was always a turtle for Jim), giving them silly nicknames, and dodging fake squirrels while driving just to hear their giggles. Jim was an avid sports fan from baseball and football to NASCAR and UFC. No matter the time of year, he would be managing multiple fantasy sports teams. Jim's latest joy in life was his refound love of sports cards and was highly active in engaging sports cards Facebook groups. No matter who he was interacting with, long-time friends or a cashier at the store, Jim always tried to make everyone around him happy and loved making people laugh. He left us too soon and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
