Schulte Anna Marie (nee End) 85 of St. Louis fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Jan. 1, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Bernard “Tony” Schulte; loving mother of Carolyn (Frank) Burlage, Kurt (Lisa) Schulte the late Stephen (Jean) Schulte and the late Dolores Schulte; dear grandmother of Don (Tina) Schulte, Amy (Mel) Appleton, Logan Schulte, Eric Schulte, Alexus Schulte, Jodi Schulte, Shannon Burlage, Mandy Burlage and the late Nicholas Schulte; beloved sister of Anthony Otto End and Henry (Astrid) End; dear aunt and friend to all.
Born in Saint Louis Anna Marie was a very gifted woman and lived a full life. In her early years around age 14 she learned to drive at her uncle’s race track. Having a knack for sewing she sewed throughout her life. She made beautiful clothing for family and friends, sewed dolls, made doll clothing and quilted too many quilts to count. She also crocheted making many afghans, pillows and other items. Always staying busy she made many hand crafts and would keep the Country Store for St. Martin of Tours parish festival well stocked. Anna Marie also loved camping, fishing and travel. She was a long time member of the Anglers Club of Missouri. Most of all she was a devoted, wife, mother, grandmother and a person of great faith.
SERVICES: A visitation will be offered from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday January 6, 2017 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 610 W. Rip Ave. Lemay, MO 63125. Immediately following the visitation the Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in the Church at 12 p.m. The burial will take place in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks MO. In memory of Anna Marie Schulte contributions are encouraged to St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church or the St. Vincent DePaul Society, c/o of St Martin of Tours Catholic Church.
