Charles Edward "Bud" HEENAN, age 80, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022. Charles was born July 9, 1941, to Iva Ellen Brown. She has preceded him in death. Bud is survived by: His loving wife of 57 years, Bonnie Heenan (nee: Bunte); his daughter Melissa (Nick) Lawrence; his grandchildren: Madison and Mackenzie Moore, and Claire Lawrence; three sisters-in-law; two nephews, and two nieces.
Bud was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ of Ferguson, and lifetime member of the American Legion. He enjoyed bowling and baseball, watching western movies, and Elvis Presley. He was a lover of animals, specifically the many pets he and Bonnie had throughout the years. Bud served his country and community by serving in the United States Army and the Ferguson-Florissant School District where he worked for 33 years until he retired in 2004. He was a people person. One who never knew a stranger and would make anyone's day better with him around.
