Donna Jo Miller, 68, of Charleston, West Virginia went to be with our Lord after a long illness. She was born October 31, 1950, in Charleston, West Virginia to William Lloyd Staats and Ada Loretta Holley-Staats. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd Staats. She was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School, retired from Floral Hills and Jackson County Memorial Gardens. She was a beloved wife and mother to her girls and many schnauzers.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Richard Alan Miller, daughter Michelle Miller-Friend (spouse Jonathan Ray Friend), daughter Misty Miller, most beloved grandson William Owen Friend, granddaughter Chloe Jean Ross, brothers Franklin Staats, John Staats, Ward Staats, Aaron Staats, and sister Margaret Triplett, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, especial her beloved Anderson sisters, Carolyn Anderson, Debbie Ong, Connie Shaffer, and Marilyn Hanson.
Celebration of Donna’s life will be 5:00 P.M. Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home.
Gathering of family will be from 3 until time of service.
