Terence D. McCartan, born May 25, 1927 in Belfast Ireland to parents Terence and Margaret McCartan, passed away on January 9, 2017 in Sacramento California. He is survived by his loving family and friends. He will be cherished and honored by all who knew him. Services will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 4pm to 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, January 17th at 10:00am.
