Oh my, Marta I'm sorry we all have lost touch. But never far from our thoughts. We all were together in the eighties stationed together at Sembach Germany.  You and mom especially became very good friends  as with us and all around you.  You stuck by me at vandenberg when my son Jimmy was in the hospital.  I'm also sorry to hear of Jim's passing.  Mom passed in july of that year. Now all of you are together,  Angel's.  Thank you for being in our lives. We all love and miss you both. Until we meet again.

Aunt Mart how can I tell you how much you have meant to me over the years!  I am so very grateful that I had you in my life......

 I was 17 years old staying with you and Uncle Jim in Hawaii what a magical time you taught me so much.  Uncle Jim made us steak every night and cut our fresh pineapple every lunch time.  We were on a diet together and weighed in at Uncle Jim’s base every week.  I help take care of your foster boy Terri who was 2-3 years old who you took in.

Then a few years later Chris and I stayed with you guys for a month in England on the Royal Air Force base.  We all traveled to France, Belgium and Scotland.  What memories... We lived on croissants and Coke Cola... Then trips to visit you to Vandenberg Air Base, then ElK Grove where you made chocolate cake in your microwave.  Wow!  You were a great cook my favorite your homemade string beans and prime rib.

Then you stayed with me when I delivered my two sons and you took care of Christopher and Cameron through the night... They loved you too....Then the many trips to “Fongs” the Chinese food restaurant where you loved chow main...My graduation from College where you bought me a Lai (flowers) and a Waterford crystal clock...

You were like a mom to me for sure especially when my mom died in 1989... I guess God knew how much I would need you through the years and how much you did for me.....So many wonderful memories......

Aunt Mart I will carry those multitude of memories close to my heart forever and one day the hope to see you again.
