Jeanne Florence Rosebrock

Jeanne Rosebrock was born& raised in St Cloud, MN she was the 3rd of 12 children. After marrying Donald Rosebrock of Brooklyn, NY they relocated to NY in the early 60’s where Donald was taking a job with Readers Digest and Jeanne went into the grocery business and later becoming very active in Special Olympics.

They lived in Yorktown Heights, NY where they raised 3 children, after Donald retired in the 80’s and then relocated to Sacramento, CA where he bought a local hardware store and Jeanne went into the field of property management which she retired from after many years. Not leaving that career too far behind Jeanne enjoyed being president of the HOA where she has resided for the past 30+ years. Jeanne was an avid bowler joining several morning leagues and also enjoying reading, gardening as well social & community projects.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years Donald; daughter Bobbie Rosebrock, her parents & 8 siblings. She is survived by her daughter Cathy Gaffney of Sacramento, CA; son Brian Rosebrock (Cynthia) of Rancho Murieta; sisters Kathleen Wimmer of Kimball, MN; Nancy Weber of Sydney, Australia; brother Michael Neutzling of St Cloud, MN; 4 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces & nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, December 22, from 3:00pm - 6:00pm at Lombard Funeral Home, 1550 Fulton Ave in Sacramento, with a Rosary to follow at 6:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 23 at 12:00pm, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 7101 Verner Ave in Citrus Heights. Reception to follow.
