Bruce began in production at Campbell Soup then became a painter and later would be responsible for all the mason, carpentry and handyman tasks at the Sacramento plant. Bruce married and spent the last 27 years with Renee Bolin-Chambers and along with his sons Brian and Brad made their home in Elk Grove California. Bruce’s earlier years were enjoyed with family and friends along the river where he would waterski, barefoot and teach others how to ski. Later Bruce developed a passion for fishing, thus selling his ski boat and buying a fishing boat. He and his friends Frankie, Ricky and Guy enjoyed many hours along the river and delta waiting for that one special bite when he pulled in a fish or two. Bruce and Renee were privileged and blessed to be able to travel around the world, took 13 cruises and a few road trips. Bruce has five beautiful grandchildren: Anthony, Sierra, Bradley Jr., Kayla and Tyler along with their wonderful mothers, his daughter-in-laws Crysta and Heather. Bruce had a very special relationship with his mother-in-law Erika, saying she was the best mom in the world, father-in-law John and sister-in-law Ronda. Bruce enjoyed family events with his other family members: Bruce father-in-law, Valerie mother-in-law, sisters in laws Sheila and Peggy and brother-in-law Zach. Bruce was surrounded by family when he passed peacefully in his home and now he watches over all of us here that are left behind. I will Love and miss my Brucie and look forward to seeing him again in our Lord Jesus’s kingdom. Until we see each other again my love. Love Renee
