Susan was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Frances W. and Carroll E. Byers. She graduated from Roswell High School and frequently helped with both of her familes furniture businesses, Byers Furniture and The Cotton House. She spent her best days shopping and spoiling her grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her dear brother, Richard Byers. Her wise mother, Frances Byers, and loving husband, Brian Gallagher.
She is survived by her father Carroll Byers, daughters; Katherine and Emily Gallagher, grandsons; Atlas and Avin Penrod as well as grandaughters; Ava Penrod and Kenzie Bartlett.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 21 at 2:00 pm at Roswell Funeral Home. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. The family will recieve friends at 1:00 pm before service begins. 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Susan's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
