Linda Rice Schaet, a beloved mother, teacher, airline stewardess, and occasional real estate maven, passed away on July 25th, 2024 in Roswell, Georgia. Born on May 10th, 1942 in Milford, Connecticut to Thomas and Noella Rice, she was the devoted mother of Jeff Price, Kristi Johnson, and Adam Chapman, and she leaves behind five grandchildren: Gwen, Evelyn, Whitney, Nolan, and Keegan.
Although she wore several hats, she cherished being a mother most. Above all, however, she defined her life as a woman incapable of being fooled. In the words of William Shakespeare, "Though she be but little, she is fierce." Her blaze was bright, leaves a trace, and now she takes her place among those who've gone before us, who've left their mark, both great and small, and now rest in eternal repose. May death deliver our beautiful, strong mother and grandmother a lasting peace in God’s welcoming arms.
