Cecilia was a beloved daughter and sister. Her beautiful smile and sweet and silly personality will be fondly remembered by her family and loved ones. Her favorite things were looking after her little brother James, spending time with her family, reading books, working puzzles, making pictures with stickers and markers, and doing crafts. In the final weeks of her life, she was especially fond of making bracelets for her family and loved ones.
Cecilia battled AT/RT brain cancer for 2 years, undergoing multiple surgeries, chemotherapy treatments, and radiation therapy. Through it all, she smiled, played, giggled, and brought joy and love to her parents, brother, extended family, and care team. She showed her family how to be joyful and care for others even in times of great pain and suffering.
