Angela C Paradise
Angela C Paradise (Angie) passed away on September 16, 2020 in Roswell, GA at the age of 90. Born in Newark NJ, she met Joseph A Paradise and married in 1961. They raised 3 children in Toms River, NJ. Angie graduated from Ocean County College with an Associates in Arts degree, Cum Laude, and majored in Business. She was an active member of the League of Women Voters and the Italian American Club and also worked as a claims adjuster at Allstate. Her and her husband retired and moved to Wilmington, NC where she volunteered at UNCW and then later moved to Lakeland, Fl. After Joseph passed away she continued to volunteer and received the 1000 Volunteer Hours Award from LVIM, Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, and received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from the National & Community Service and USA Freedom Corps. She enjoyed traveling and was an avid reader. In November of 2019 she was able to celebrate her 90th birthday and her daughter’s wedding surrounded by all of her family. In 2020 she moved to Roswell, GA to be closer to her daughter.
She was predeceased by Joseph, her husband of 49 years and survived by her sons Joseph Paradise of Hanover, PA, Steven Paradise of Toms River, NJ, her daughter Elaine Paradise-Comeau of Roswell, GA, her sister Gloria Gioia and her 2 grandchildren Zachary and Madison Paradise.
Funeral services are pending. The family has requested donations be made to the American Diabetes Association
