She was born on July 23, 1961 to Ronald and Helen May in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. She attended Brablec High and Roseville High, graduating in 1979 from Roseville High School. She had a successful career as business manager for several southeastern Michigan automotive dealerships and Team Toyota in Northern Indiana before retiring to northern Michigan-her “happy place.”
Tammy kept us all entertained with her daily posts on FB. She enjoyed cooking, baking and watching westerns-especially John Wayne and James Arness. She loved the Detroit Tigers – especially Miguel Cabrera. Her bichon frise, Miggy, her loyal companion was by her side when she left us.
She is survived by her mother, Helen May, daughter Candice Ralston (Steve Rose), granddaughter Rebel Rose, grandson Gage Macro, great granddaughter Giana, siblings Deborah Vaters (Michael), Mark May (Lu Ann), Denise Schroeder (Michael), Cindy Druckenmiller, Aunt Sue and Uncle Ivan Maschke, and Aunt Loyce May, she is also survived by 5 nieces/nephews and 6 great nieces/ nephews and many cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her father Ronald May.
A visitation will be held at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave. Roseville, MI 48066 on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM – with a service at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Lupus Foundation in memory of Tammy or to Trinity United Methodist Church in Roseville.
