Russell H. Hubbard, 86, of Roseville, passed away October 19, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Hubbard served in both the Navy in WWII and the Army in Korea. He is a Life Member of the VFW #1146 in St. Clair Shores and a member of the Mt. Clemens Eagles F.O.E. Aerie #1269.
Russ was a journeyman industrial carpenter for over 30 years and later was employed for 10 years by the Detroit Public Schools.
He is survived by his children: Harold R. (Cathi), John J. (Judy), Katherine A. (Vince) Ramus, and Brian. Russ is also survived by his daughter-in-law Anne Hubbard, 11 Grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Russ was pre-deceased by his son David J.
Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 from 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home 27830 Gratiot, Roseville. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 23, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Please share a memory of Russ with the family at the on-line guest book.
