Ron had a successful career as a US Army TACOM Contract Negotiator and Cost Analyst for over 30 years. He was also a dedicated government Professor at Schoolcraft College for over 40 years until his recent retirement in May.
Ron studied political science, economics, and history and held several degrees from various universities, including a Masters from Western Michigan University and a Bachelors from the University of Michigan.
Ron’s friends and family will remember him for his kind nature, great sense of humor, and heartfelt stories. Everyone he crossed paths with knew about his passion for politics, U of M, and Coca-Cola.
Ron is survived by his beloved wife, Dee, and his children, Ron Jr. (Morgan), Lindee (Chris), and Ryan. He is also survived by his step-children, Ron Paul and Rodney (Lynn), his step-grandchildren, Ronnie (Angie), Nicole (Mark), Joshua (Allison), and Jacob (Kendall), along with many loving great-grandchildren.
