Dawn Holloway, of Rome, passed away December 31, 2017.

Dawn was born in Rome, GA. March 17, 1967. She is survived by her mother, Dale Fain Holloway.

She attended Floyd Training Center for 47 years. She was served by Highland Rivers and Network Home Services. She was a joy to all her family and friends. She enjoyed going for car rides, listening to Elvis, flipping through colorful magazines, playing with her string and small plush animals. She also enjoyed camping trips across country, trips to the beach and being first in line at Disney World.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 8, 2018 at Daniel’s Funeral Home from 11 AM to 12:00 PM with a service to follow at 12 noon in the Thomas B. Griffin Chapel of Daniel’s.

Dawn will be buried at Andersonville National Cemetery in Andersonville, GA with her father, Mr. James Robert Holloway on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to DTGS, P.O. Box 1053 Rome, GA. 30162 or the Humane Society, 518 Broad St. Rome, GA. 30161.
