Charles F. Mann, 76, passed away on March 2, 2022. He was born on October 14, 1945 in Skiddy, Kansas to the late Earl W. Mann and Bertha P. (Sheritt) Mann.

Charles was a veteran of the Navy and Army; serving three tours in Vietnam. Although a hero to our country, he was better known as a hero to his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Gail, who passed in 2019.

Charles is survived by his daughters, Tammy DeCandia (Dean) and Debbie Peninger (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Colten Lawrence (Harlie), Paige Lawrence, and Aubrey Fowler.
