Robert C. (Bob) Yonker 89 formerly of Brevard County Florida went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 20,2022 at Tranquility Hospice in Austell, Georgia. He was born in Newark, Ohio on November 24,1932 the son of Peter and Mary Yonker.
Bob was a retired Master Sergeant for United States Air Force. He was employed by Owens Corning Fiberglass as a Purchasing Manager in Newark Ohio and Fairburn Georgia. Upon retirement he stayed active by playing Golf, and having his own Lawn Care Business. He was a volunteer at SCORE and also volunteered every year at Patrick Air Force Base in Coco Beach Florida, during tax season
Bob was a loving Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle and Friend.
He will be forever missed by his son Brian (Paul), daughter Brenda (Greg) Grandchildren Chase, Emily (Aaron) Abbie (Kyler), Great Grandchildren Kamden and Konner, niece Judy Vogelmeier and many other nieces and nephews, Bob is also survived by his sweet fur baby Dovey.
There will be a Committal Service in the Cremation Garden at Florida Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 1pm followed by a Celebration of Life at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial on September 10, 2022, 5950 US-1 in Rockledge Florida 32955. Family request Casual attire to be worn.
