Robert was born on November 17, 1951 in Holyoke, Massachusetts to Robert Gingras, Sr. and Mary Gingras.
He graduated High School in Huntsville, Alabama and joined the US Marine Corps moving to Brevard 39 years ago.
Robert once upon a time was an avid golfer but over the last many years enjoyed working at his church typing up the weekly newsletter.
He was survived for a brief moment in time by his beloved wife, Dorothy; his daughter, Tessa Gingras; sons, Henry and Jason Gingras; step-children, Brian Hopkins and Lisa Hopkins, Pam Knight, Cyndy Stone, Kael Blair, Michael Blair; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Henry Gingras; sisters, Monique Gingras, Marguerite Weathersbee; nieces, Miranda, Michelle and Emily.
A Celebration of Life for both Robert and Dorothy will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 2pm at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 S US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955.
He will be greatly missed.
