Rick was born in Milwaukee, WI on April 7, 1951 and spent most of his life in the Milwaukee, WI area and moved to Florida recently in his retirement. He worked as an actuary for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance for over 30 years. He is survived by his two beloved children Kathryn Fisher and Daniel Fisher, both of Madison, WI. He is also survived by his siblings, Judith (David) Clemence, Ronald (Janet) Fisher, and Barbara (Charles) Vickery, and many other relatives and friends. Rick was an avid golfer and a member of Suntree Country Club in Melbourne, FL and Hidden Glen Country Club in Cedarburg, WI. He was a long-time member of Tripoli Country Club and the Milwaukee Athletic Club, both in Milwaukee, WI. He also played in local bridge leagues in both Melbourne and Milwaukee. Rick was a 1973 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and was a lifelong Badgers fan!
