George T. Rogan

He came to Brevard County in 2002 from Pittsburgh, PA and worked as a Computer Engineer at Alcoa.

He is survived by his daughter, Danielle Rogan in Indian Harbour Beach, FL; sons, Patrick Rogan in New York City, and Christopher Rogan and his wife Jennifer and grandson, Aidan Rogan in Arlington, VA.

Also survived by sisters; Bertie Vasconi and husband John in Melbourne, FL and Maggie Post and husband Jay in Indialantic, FL.

My dear, sweet, funny husband died at 3:15 pm Saturday, March 7 2020. I know I am not alone in my pain. Three women in my family have recently lost their husbands. But for each of us the loss is very personal and we each suffer in our own way. As others before me, I know I will survive because I must. I don't know if I'll ever stop missing George. He was so much a part of me and I of him. As independent as I have always been, I was still very dependent on George. He kept me grounded and loved me in spite of all my faults. He accepted me for who I am. I loved him and will always love him. The last thing I asked of him was that when he gets to heaven, he dig a hole and pull me through when my time comes.

Rest in peace my love. I will take comfort in the fact that you are past all the pain.
