Ronald K. Adams, 79, of Davis Junction passed away September 24, 2014. Born May 12, 1935 in Oregon; he was the son of Jacob and Hilda (Yocum) Adams. He married Jeanette St. Clair on April 4, 1959 in Kings at Elim Reformed Church.
Ronald graduated from Oregon High School in 1953. A U.S. Army Veteran, he was a self-employed farmer for 50 years in the Byron and Stillman Valley area. He was previously employed at Roe’s Consignment and a mechanic at Stocking Farm Equipment for many years.
Ronald was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Mt. Morris Lodge1551, where he served the Moose as Governor and filled several other chairs at the lodge. He also held the Fellowship Degree in the Moose
He was a member of Elim Reformed Church, where he served as an Elder and Deacon many times.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Jeanette Adams; daughters, Joan (Daniel) Koeninger, Jodi Adams, and Jayne (Lonnie) Nelson; son, Randy (Christine) Adams; grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua, Sabrina, Ciarra, and Faith; great-granddaughter, Madilyn; sister, Lorna Snapp; and many nieces and nephews.
Ronald was predeceased by his parents and a son.
