Jean M. Grisetti, 93, of Zelienople, formerly of Greensburg and Rochester, PA, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018, while under the compassionate care of the staff at Passavant Retirement Community surrounded by her loving family.
Jean is the beloved wife of the late Charles V. Grisetti; loving daughter of the late George and Edna Pearl Hilpert; and sister of the late J. George (Helen) Hilpert.
She is the beloved mother of Glenn (Nancy); Robert (Lesa) and Mark (Barbara) Grisetti; cherished grandmother of Lee (Robin), Aaron (Sarah), Jason (Payal); Michael; Brian (Fernanda); Denise (Shawn); Marcus; Rebecca (Charles) and great grandmother of fourteen.
Jean was retired from the Bell Telephone Company. She enjoyed gardening, collecting antiques and traveling. She was a member of Seaman Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church, Zelienople.
Jean will be remembered as a kind and generous woman who was an active volunteer for Meals on Wheels and the Blind Association in Greensburg, PA. Jean retired to the Passavant Retirement Community in Zelienople where she was actively involved. Her activities at Passavant included New Resident Ambassador, volunteer the Gently Used Shop and a member of the Community Chorus and Holiday Pageants. Her favorite pastimes included card playing and dominoes with other residents.
Private Family Services were arranged by the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC. with private interment at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
