Predeceased by her parents, William and Agnes Bush and sisters, Barbara, Gail, and Patricia.
She is survived by her three children, Butch (Jen), Bill (Renee), and Dani Beideck, her grandchildren, Autumn, Arya, Lillian, Henry, and her sister, Judy (Graus).
Jane was born in Rochester, NY, and lived in the city during her early childhood. She recalled vivid memories of taking the Rochester Subway to the Rundell Library with her sisters. Ontario Beach park was a fond favorite also.
Her family moved to Hilton, NY where she graduated from Hilton High School in 1963. Activities included cheerleading , music, dancing , social gatherings and where she shared laughter and made lifelong friends .
Jane was a hard worker and joined Eastman Kodak Co. in her early career in assembly production, studied at the Continental School Of Beauty, Hickory Farms and Valley Manor. She retired from Kodak in 2003. When asked her favorite job, however, she always replied. "Being A Mom."
Her most cherished memories were with her three children, Butch, Bill, and Dani, with her grandchildren and family and friends. They enjoyed many vacations together at Henderson Harbor, Florida, Hamlin Beach, Darien Lake, camping at State Parks and Casino trips.
Jane also volunteered around her community throughout her life and always had an altruistic spirit. Some of the organizations she volunteered for include: Open Door Mission, St Jude’s, Special Olympics, Red Cross, Veterans and Lollypop Farm.
Her zest for life, humor and free spirit is unmatched and will resonate with all who knew her forever. She gifted those she loved with laughter, friendship, Irish Wit, wisdom, kindness and most endearing...love.
Jane loved spending time with her family, holidays, reading, music, dancing, volunteering, traveling and sharing laughter. Her spirit was immeasurable.
A celebration of Jane's life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 2:00-6:00PM at Brook Lea Country Club, 891 Pixley Rd, Rochester, NY 14624. Light appetizers and desserts will be served, along with a cash bar.
