Predeceased by his parents, Beatrice and Richard Norris; siblings, Steve Norris, and Debbie Miller. Survived by his Life Partner, Shelly Plows; daughters, Althea Norris, and Fatia Spraggins; 3 grandchildren, Mason, Summer and Elam; sisters, Susan Jean, and Paula Norris; and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis was a talented musician who loved and composed music. He played in numerous bands over the years. He was also a longtime member of DC4 Local 150 International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
